Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?
We offer two types of pieces at StylCharm:

  • Ready-made items: Processed within 2 business days, shipping takes 2–5 days

  • Made-to-order items: Processing takes 3–7 days, shipping takes 7–18 days

Most StylCharm orders are delivered within 7–14 days depending on the item.

Because many of our pieces are created just for you, we take extra care to ensure quality and intention in every order.


Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Since many of our items go into production shortly after purchase, this allows us to keep things efficient and intentional.


Will I receive updates about my order?
Yes 🤍 You’ll receive email updates at every stage:

  • Order confirmation

  • Processing / Manufacturing

  • Shipping

  • Delivery

You’ll always know exactly where your order is in the process.


Shipping

What shipping options are available?
We currently offer standard shipping only, with delivery timelines based on the item type listed above.


What if my order is delayed?
If a delay occurs on StylCharm’s end (such as manufacturing delays), you’ll receive a store coupon as a thank-you for your patience.

If there’s ever an issue that prevents your order from being fulfilled, you’ll be notified and fully refunded.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7–10 days of delivery for a store voucher only.

  • Items must be unworn (outside of try-on), undamaged, and free of stains or odors

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Once your return is received, we’ll also credit your original shipping cost to your voucher. Keep your shipping receipt handy and email support@stylcharm.com for shipping reimbursement. 


Do you offer exchanges?
Yes 🤍

Exchanges are processed by placing a new order, meaning your new item will go through the same production and delivery timeframe. This ensures every piece is made with care and consistency. Send an email to support@stylcharm.com to initiate an exchange. We'll walk you through the next steps from there.


Do made-to-order items follow the same policy?
Yes, all items made-to-order included follow the same return and exchange guidelines.


Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order?
Each product includes a size guide and fit details in the description.

If you’re unsure, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the guide for the best fit.


Products & Collections

Are your designs original?
Yes 🤍 StylCharm collections are built around original designs, thoughtfully created to reflect specific life moments.

A few ready-made accessories (like keychains, jewelry, or sunglasses) may be sourced, but everything is curated to align with the StylCharm aesthetic.


Will items restock?
All collections are released in limited quantities to keep your style unique.

If a restock happens due to high demand, it will be announced via email and social media—so be sure to stay connected.


Customization & Sustainability

Are items made after I order?
Yes; many StylCharm pieces are made-to-order, meaning they’re created just for you after purchase.

This helps reduce overproduction, minimize waste, and support a more sustainable approach to fashion and lifestyle goods.


Do you offer customization?
Some items are eligible for customization (like adding names to handbags or home pieces).
