Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7–10 days of delivery for a store voucher only.

  • Items must be unworn (outside of try-on), undamaged, and free of stains or odors

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Once your return is received, we’ll also credit your original shipping cost to your voucher. Keep your shipping receipt handy and email support@stylcharm.com for shipping reimbursement. 


Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are processed by placing a new order, meaning your new item will go through the same production and delivery timeframe. This ensures every piece is made with care and consistency. Send an email to support@stylcharm.com to initiate an exchange. We'll walk you through the next steps from there.


Do made-to-order items follow the same policy?
Yes, all items made-to-order included follow the same return and exchange guidelines.
